Return Window (24 Hours Only)

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 1 day (24 hours) from the time of purchase/delivery. If 24 hours have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be in the original packaging
All original parts and accessories must be included

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A continuous parcel opening video without any interruption is required.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
The product must be visible in the same video
Without an opening video, return and refund requests will not be accepted

Valid Reason for Refund

Refund is applicable only if:

The product received is different from what was shown or described by us

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

Item is not in original condition
Item is used or damaged by customer
Parts are missing not due to our error
Opening video proof is not available
Request is made after 24 hour

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 7 working days
Amount will be credited to:

Original payment method, or
Customer’s preferred payment mode (if agreed)
